Koala Monthly Cover

Who doesn’t love bullet journals and koalas?! While I haven’t seen one in real life, I know that they’re super cute… especially this one lol. I love how she filled in the blank space with watercolor flowers and leaves making it look like the koala is chillin in its natural habit. If you have an animal theme or anything floral, I’m sure you could take some inspiration from this cute cover. Keep koala and bujo on!
Hot Air Balloon Cover

Space Theme

Going with a space theme in your bullet journal? If you are, this would be a great cover to try or pull inspiration from. I personally love how the planets surround the April font and I think it would love great even without the watercolor background. I’m not great at doodling or using watercolors yet so I’m definitely going to use the layout and apply my look / theme to it. Don’t just think about your upcoming month, PLANET!

How adorable is this GEM of an April monthly cover? I love how the doodles come in from the edge and look random but it’s still very clean with the outside circle keeping everything contained. Plus, the variation of crystals and flowers makes it something that you could use with a nice variety of themes. I think you might have found a diamond with this spread!
90’s Theme Cover

Any 90’s kids out there?! This monthly cover reminds me of the Saved By The Bell cafeteria. I love how the doodles are highlighted with different colors giving the spread a super cute overall look! Even if you aren’t the best at drawing, this is still something that you could do and I’m sure it would turn out just as awesome. Don’t be tardy to class!

Don’t worry, if you can’t actually fold origami, it’s a lot easier to just draw them. I love how they look like they’re hanging from the ceiling. Plus, the way the April font is set up… that’s definitely something I could do! Whether you do just one paper crane doodle or multiple, I think this cover would look amazing in your bullet journal. Even if you don’t use something like this for your cover, I think the constellations would look super cute anywhere in your bujo. Plus, they’re super easy to draw! I’m a die-hard pizza lover as I’m sure you might be too… These adorable pizza doodles are the perfect way to slice up your April spreads! I love how the cheese is melting off the edges and some stops at the end of the dots making it look very clean. The real question is are they stuffed crust?!

April Dutch Door

Looking to get super creative with your April cover?! If so, this floral dutch door spread is the one for you! The detail in the flowers / leaves is amazing and I love how the April calendar is basic, keeping the focus on the artwork. Plus, if you aren’t going with a black and white theme, you could add some color to really make it pop! Cut to the point and try this dutch door cover page!

Now since that previous spread was pretty crazy, I had to include something more my speed I think this monthly cover has the perfect blend of looking artsy while still being easy to draw! This would look great even if you’re going with more of a minimalist theme too. Plus, I love how they used the washi tape to make it look like its holding the flower. I love the overall simplicity!
Watercolor Cover

I know I’ve covered a few watercolor cover pages but… WOW, this one is amazing. As a kid, I could only dream of treehouses like these! I love how much depth there is to the spread with all the branches, ladders and addition little treehouses. If your the type of person that can paint this kind of cover, I’m super jelly. The only problem with this cover is that you have to guess the secret password!
Special Potion

The first thing I think when I see this monthly cover is “Mad Scientist”. The drawing is absolutely amazing and I love how they have the molecules in the background in a super light color so you don’t even see them at first. The longer you look at this spread the crazier the concoction gets! While I definitely won’t be drawing those beakers anytime soon, I do really like the molecule ideas and will definitely try to work them in if they fit with my theme for the month. I think Bill Nye would approve!
Donut Monthly Cover

In my house, donuts are part of our Sunday routine. There’s nothing better than a vanilla dipped donut with sprinkles! I mean, seriously, those smoothies and protein shakes can take a break for one day right?! At least, that’s what I tell myself. This monthly cover is super fun and would go perfectly in your bullet journal if you doing any sort of food theme. Donut count this one out!
April Lettering Cover

With all the crazy cover pages I included, I had to have something that was straight to the point while still looking adorable. I think this is the one to do just that! I love the soft green color she chose and it really gives it that springtime feeling. But even if you aren’t doing a spring or green theme, this layout would look great with any color. There’s no April fools with this cute spread!
