With summer quickly coming to an end… it’s time for a few last August weekly spread ideas! I tried to choose a wide variety of layouts from super minimal spreads to ones with plenty of doodles and colors. So, hopefully, you find a spread that sparks your creative side and helps you get your bullet journal looking perfect!
Here are the August spreads I like:

If you like adding doodles to your weekly spread then this one is for you! I love how all the blank space is filled in with the plant and gems. Plus, you could use a similar layout and just change the little doodles to match your monthly theme

Ocean Weekly For August

Okay… how cute is this ocean theme? First off, the actual layout of the page is something I’m definitely going to try in my own bullet journal. I love the drop shadows on the daily headers and how the doodles are “contained” to the right side of the page but a clean break. Try this spread and “just add water!”
Blue August Weekly Spread

Here’s another spread if you really like the look of clean lines! The contrast between the galaxy background at the bottom and the “boxiness” of the weekly layout is perfect in my opinion. I think this spread would work well with just about any theme!

If a spread as neat and clean as the one before just isn’t your style for the month, then this one might give you some ideas! I love the free-flowing and abstract purple clouds at the bottom paired with the clean look of the daily task area. But my favorite part is the gold border separating the two sections… I think you could definitely take inspiration from that and incorporate it into your weekly spread even if you aren’t going with a similar illustration
August Weekly Log

This spread is the perfect blend of simple and cute! The daily task headers are basic but look great at the same time and the addition of the stickers on the left really gives the layout some personality. Plus, the August header and calendar at the top would go great with any type of layout you choose!

Now if you don’t want the typical weekly spread layout, then this one might be what you’re looking for… I love the way she laid out the daily task boxes and then filled in the blank space with that “airy” green watercolor!
Cactus Weekly Log

Speaking of green weekly spreads for August… This cactus themed layout is adorable! Everything from the doodles for each day to the cursive headers, it all just works perfectly together. But my favorite part is how she colored in the doodles while not staying in the lines!

If you’re anything like me, then doodling isn’t your strong suit lol. So this weekly spread is definitely something I can take inspiration from. I’m really digging the daily task boxes with the rounded edges and the alternating header colors. Plus, the way she uses the washi tape / stickers makes the spread look so good while still keeping it simple and “doable” for someone like myself

Minimal August Layout

I’m a HUGE fan of this weekly spread! The half-page vertical daily task boxes are super clean and the “week 32” header with the calendar below fits so well with the overall look of the page. If you’re going with a minimalist theme for the month, definitely take some inspiration from this one!
Plant Weekly Spread

This spread is a great example of minimalist and realistic doodles paired together perfectly! They have each letter in bold for each day of the week with a little number date right next to it which is something I’m really liking. If you want to keep things simple this month, try out these bold headers

Travel Weekly Spread

This weekly spread is TOO cool! This is the first time I’ve seen something like this and I think it’s such a good idea. The daily task boxes are simple and the map in the middle of the spread makes it look super detailed without having to do much work. If you have some old maps lying around, put them to good use!
August Layout With Flowers

Here’s another cute floral spread for August! I really like how she incorporated the quote on the right side of the spread and “connected” all the flowers with the background splatter

Doing a space theme in your bullet journal but don’t want the typical galaxy look? This weekly spread is a great example of what you can do with some cool bullet journal stickers and some simple trackers! The headers and spaceships are both from her sticker pack!
Vertical Weekly Log

What do you think about vertical weekly spreads like this? I personally like more room to write horizontally so I usually go with a “wider” layout. But that doesn’t mean I don’t like this one! It’s clean, colorful… and of course, the drop shadows get me every time
Camping Weekly Spread

August always reminds me of camping and this weekly spread is the perfect example of that! I love the overall simplicity of the layout and the colors she chose definitely give it that outdoor vibe. Plus, you could use those daily task headers with just about any theme and they would look great!
Summer Bujo Weekly Layout

I love how the daily task boxes are staggered and the branch seems to flow perfectly throughout the spread. But my favorite part of this one is the simple little productivity tracker in the bottom left

If you’re going with a honey bee theme for the month then this spread might give you some cute ideas! I love the subtle bee theme with the little hive up top paired with the lavender. This would look great with other purple spreads or you could even change up the colors and go with an all-yellow look!

Nothing looks better than cursive headers and clean lines in my opinion! This weekly spread pairs both perfectly. Plus, the little origami / geometric animals are super fun and cute! You could make this layout work with any theme if you just switch out the doodles and add a color scheme to match!
Basic August Spread

If you like lots of horizontal space to write, like me, then this layout is for you… The daily task headers are simple and the alternating colored drop shadows add just the right amount of color to a pretty basic spread. I really like the way she added the different colored dots in the middle to give it a nice little touch of personality!
