Flour Tortillas From Scratch

These will take a little over an hour but are completely worth it! All you need is flour, salt, baking powder, and some vegetable oil
I’m not going to lie, I still use store-bought tortillas but from time to time I go all out with these

These are the perfect thing to start after the kids head to school and they’ll be ready just in time for dinner. Just take all the ingredients, throw them in the crockpot and forget about it
Once they’re ready, top off with cheese, gauc or anything else you like on your tacos

Just toss the beef, Rotel tomatoes, chili powder, salt in a pan and you’re almost done!

My personal favorites are cheese, sour cream, and guac… I know, not the healthiest but I cheat on Taco Tuesday ?
When I’m in a hurry I use store-bought tortillas, heat them up a bit before serving and they turn out amazing!

There’s nothing better and a full pan with the cheese melted on top to perfection. Finished with some cold sour cream or guac and you have yourself a very dangerous meal
While you can use your Easy Bake Oven with these, they’re still super easy!
Mexican Shredded Beef

Other than the actual stew meat, you will more than likely already have everything you need to whip these up ( coarse sea salt was the only thing I didn’t have )
Since they’re super easy to prepare and just need a little over an hour in the instant pot, they’re another one to try when you something quick!

While chicken and beef are usually the go-to in my house for Taco night, we’ve been trying out a few of these recipes lately

Similar to a lot of the other ones, there are only a few ingredients, some time in the instant pot and then these are ready to go. You could even use leftovers and not even have to make a special trip to the grocery store
