If you’re like me… getting to sleep is hard and staying asleep is even harder! Tracking my hours with Bullet Journal Sleep Trackers and getting a better overall picture of my sleep schedule has really helped me understand what is going on
Here are trackers I found:
Doodle Sleep Log

This bujo sleep tracker for March is adorable! What I like so much about this one, in particular, is that you can look at it and know exactly what it is. The moons, stars, zz’s, and sleepy emojis outline what this is tracking, and the tracker itself takes up most of the page. The set up is clean, and the artwork is super cute. It would be interesting to see what symbol/mark she would use on the hours of sleep…
Blue Bars sleep tracker

I’m tangled up in blue with this sleep tracker! The different shades of color in this tracker give it such an aesthetically pleasing presentation, and the set up is extremely easy to follow. This is an optimal tracker because it’s pretty, it’s simple to set up, and you can look at it and easily know this person is getting good sleep, way more than me! You could customize colors the way you want as well… These blues are gorgeous though!
Sleep x Energy
How ingenious is this sleep tracker? Not only does she tracker her sleep, but she has a separate graph that tracks her energy in the morning too! I mean, isn’t that really what we want to be tracking anyways? If I get only 4 hours of sleep but my energy is through the roof consistently maybe that’s the magic number… hmm ? Aside from the unique addition, the set up of the tracker itself is really pretty. She uses shades of pink and white colors that symbolize horrid sleep to tight sleep, and a couple in between. I love the closed eyed and stars too, they are a very cute art addition to the tracker. This really comes together and I love it!
Day Dreamer x Night Thinker
This tracker speaks directly to me. Is anybody else a daydreamer and a night thinker? I feel like I have my best idea’s at night, but it’s also a time when I really get into my head. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, and I can rethink every decision I’ve made in the last year in the amount of time it takes. I do love this quote at the top of the tracker, but there’s more to this tracker that makes it one of my absolute favorites. She outlines hours slept, quality of sleep, stress levels, and coffee/alcohol consumed. The quality and coffee would come in handy for me because I do tend to wake up a lot in the middle of the night, and I’ve always wondered if it’s due to coffee. This is as effective as it is pretty in presentation, I love it!
Minimalist Sleep Tracker

Simple, neat, and effective… This sleep tracker is perfect for a beginner, or for somebody who likes their trackers super clean. I love the addition of the 3D leaves in the top left corner, and to me, it signifies a summertime month tracker. Her lettering is very small, but legible and pretty. A very clean set up!
Spacey Theme sleep tracker
If you know me then you know I love a good space theme, and this one is absolutely killing it! Her use of watercolors for the planets is gorgeous, and I love the circular data tracker. It’s a little hard to understand how she is trying to track data due to the uniqueness of this one, but from what I’ve gathered the dotted ring around is seven spaces away representing seven hours of sleep. Then each day you connect dots relating to over or under seven hours of sleep. Her use of watercolors for the planets is also stunning, and I love how the art takes up the whole page but she can still effectively track. I love this to the moon and back!

Pretty In Pink
I’ve been tracking my sleep for about 6 months now, and something I’ve noticed is that well, I don’t get much sleep! I am still such a morning person and can easily wake up early, but I’m going to bed often after midnight and into the 1’s and 2’s. Have you guys been tracking yours for a while now? The sleepy pig in this tracker is SO adorable, and I love the pink accents too! Something unique about this one is that she physically writes the hour she slept in her graph. So for example, one day she writes in 1 am- 6 am -> 5 hours. I like that idea because you can get more accurate sleeping patterns down to the hour. Very consistent tracker, I’ll definitely be using it as inspiration!
Yellow Sleep tracker
I really like this orangey / yellow themed tracker she uses for October! This is another simple, yet effective sleep tracker, perfect for a busy bee or a tracking beginner. I love a sleep tracker that takes up the entire page because it’s easy to see and read, and when you’re keeping track of sleep that’s kind of an important function. Sometimes the prettiest designs end up being the least effective because the actual hours slept are hard to read and get lost in all of the other beauty. This is so blank that you could add a pumpkin, or something else fall-related if you wanted to. Very effective, love it!
Dreamin About Guac

This theme is so good that it’s Avodolcontrol! I have found that 99% of people who “don’t like avocado” are just those who have never tried it and are scared of the texture. Just because you’re boring and don’t want to try new things doesn’t mean you can diss on avacado… Not cool, man ? This is probably one of the best sleep tracker drawings I have EVER seen. The avocado is bright and stunning, the brown pit is lifelike, and the green colors come together beautifully. I love how on the left page she has the pretty artwork, but utilizes the right side to make her sleep tracker large and effective. I would definitely think this would be a perfect summer month tracker, it’s so bright and happy. This is a definite inspiration!
Rainy Day Sleep tracker
I need this tracker in my life, it’s so incredibly unique! This artist draws clouds at the top of the page, and then has lines coming down with little circles at the end like raindrops to show how many hours of sleep she got. The longer the line, the more sleep she got. How awesome is that? The clouds in this tracker are stunning and almost 3d looking, and although the tracker is in black and white theme I could definitely see some cool customizations of colors for this in the future! Here in Michigan, April is our rainy season so I think I’ll recreate this theme. I love it!
Tetris Sleep Tracker

For those of you who have regular sleeping patterns, what’s your secret? This type of sleep tracker gives a really cool visual when it’s all done. The rectangular graph makes it easy to see irregular sleeping patterns if you have them, and it’s effective. If I used this type of sleep tracker my graph would look a lot like hers, all over the place. The light blue pastel colors are pretty, her handwriting is gorgeous and clean, and this comes together really nicely. Cool format!
Cute Sleep Log

“In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun. You find the fun, and then snap! The jobs a game” – Mary Poppins
I LOVE this spread. The pink cloud themed header paired with the pink rectangle graph tracker is so gorgeous and stunningly drawn. The best part about this sleep tracker? The Mary Poppins quote inside the graph! What a unique idea. I’d imagine she wrote the little poem at the end of the month to make it all come together nicely. I am here for this one!
Lavender sleep Log
This sleep tracker is so pretty and peaceful! I love the purple color, and the lavender drawn in on the sides give it such a calming vibe all around. This is a good example of trackers that are simple, yet elegant, which are the kind I like best. I can’t have too much artwork on my sleep trackers because it’s hard to read, but at the same time I don’t like blank lines with no art at all. Overall, I think this is a gorgeous and optimal tracker and is great inspiration!
Galaxy Dreaming
This sleep tracker is out of this world, literally. The galaxy colors on the actual tracker itself paired with the brown paper is so aesthetically pleasing, and extremely unique! I would describe this as clean, sparkly, gorgeous, and optimal for tracking. I like how on the right side of the page she has the total hours of sleep for the night because it just makes it easier to read and understand without having to look at a confusing graph. How cute!
Sleep Time Tracking
This cactus-themed sleep tracker is looking…. Sharp, literally? If you’re a lover of cacti or succulents, this is a simple yet useful tracker with a cute cactus addition to it. I love the green colors used, and this is my favorite type of sleep tracker because she highlights what time she went to bed and what time she woke up for optimal effective tracking. I wouldn’t desert this cactus theme if I were you!
Easy Sleep Tracker
Photo credit: August Rose on Instagram
If you’re more of a tracking beginner, but still looking for something strikingly clean and pretty, this is the one for you… This is an easy setup, with horizontal lines drawn to outline hours of sleep. This is a great sleep tracker for someone who is already tracking a lot of other habits, or for someone who does not want to get stressed out trying to track hours slept due to a busy schedule. Easy as it may be to draw this, it looks really pretty. Her handwriting is gorgeous, and I love the “sleep tracker” cursive header. The pastel green and blue colors help this tracker to come together in the optimal effective and pretty combination
Detailed Sleep Tracker

Wow, stop what you’re doing right now and look at how gorgeous this sleep tracker is! This is the ultimate aesthetic inspiration. The assortment of watercolors she chooses, combined with the three different trackers including habit, mood, and sleep, and then brought together with the gorgeous drawing of the lifelike penciled flower is like nothing I’ve ever seen before! I highly suggest visiting her page and looking back on previous posts where she zooms in on this. There’s so much beauty and inspiration in it, you won’t want to miss any of it!
