Reflecting gives me a chance to see how I’m feeling in the current moment… improve or look back and see just how far I’ve come! These reflecting printables are perfect for any age, you can never start too young! These will always be free to download and print off, all you have to do is:

The first version is a simple daily reflection journal page. It starts out with gratitude, which can be super helpful in boosting your mood! There are also spots for your feelings, goals, affirmations and things you may need to let go of so you can have an even more productive day tomorrow!

Weekly Reflection

The second version is for those who want to reflect once a week. This is perfect for busy bees who may not have time to write reflections every day. This version starts with gratitude (of course) and allows you to track goals and even a lesson learned!

Monthly Reflection

Last but not least is the monthly reflection printable. This version allows you to take a look at the month as a whole, give it an overall rating, and reflect on patterns you do and patterns you may want to cut out. You can also pick something you are most proud of yourself for that month. It is always important to find the good in everything!
