Whether you’re looking to create new habits and track your existing ones, adding a habit tracker in your bullet journal is always a great idea!
These May spreads will not only give you inspiration for a new theme but also how to layout the actual page…
I tried to pick a variation of spreads so you’ll be able to take ideas from different ones and create a tracker that suits you!
Here are the ones that stood out to me:
Cloud Theme Habit Tracker

“I’m a dreamer. I have to dream and reach for the stars, and if I miss a star then I grab a handful of clouds” – Mike Tyson
For crying out cloud!
This is such a gorgeous daydreaming themed habit tracker and the habit subcategories are set up so neatly
For each category including reading, Instagram, study, positivity, etc… she has a tiny little calendar to be able to mark off what of these habits she did that way
I love the lifelike origami looking paper airplane floating around the tracker, puffy and fluffy clouds in different spots of the page, and the way “HABIT” is the only thing colored in the background
I’m daydreaming of my cloud inspired habit tracker already!
Minimalist Habit Tracker

This is so simple and SU-CUTE-LENT!
I really do love everything about the execution of this habit tracker. The cursive lettering at the top is stunning, and the simple yet colorful theme to go with it really ties it all together in an elegant and motivating way
The habits she is focusing on are cardio, reading, no spending, and journal which frankly are all things I can get behind and I love how each is underlined in a different pastel color
The succulent plant in the back is a gorgeous modern addition as well to this. I am obsessed!
Downtown Theme

“Building something that matters is a marathon, not a sprint” – Dragos Bratasanu
I think this quote is super important when it comes to building new habits. Whether it be sleeping an extra hour, work out goals, journaling, etc. habits aren’t formed overnight, and every bit of progress is part of the journey
This building themed tracker is awesome! She has three different skyscraper like buildings incorporated into a habit tracker AND mood tracker spread
This is going to be absolutely amazing filled out, and I love the uniqueness
Follow your dreams, and when you don’t know where to follow, BUILD THEM yourself!
Fruit Theme Habit Tracker
Okay, this is PEARfect!
I’ll be honest, this may be the most colorful, uniquely executed habit tracker I’ve come across and my personal favorite
She has 9 different colorful and cute fruits that represent 9 different habits that include things like outside, exercise, cooking, salad, and 6+ hours of sleep
The habits are unlike most you see, the page is colorful yet effective and easy to track, and it’s the perfect motivation
This is definitely one in a melon!
Planet Spread

“Life is a circle. The end of one journey is the beginning of the next”
This can be true in so many different aspects including a new career, a big move, ending a relationship and beginning another, etc…
This circle themed habit tracker is absolutely stunning! Although it looks simple, a lot of time was spent on the intricacy of connecting the different circles with subcategories including veggies, reading, cooking, and cleaning
My favorite part about the habit tracker is that one of the circles is colored purple galaxy style and it almost looks printed
If you want to come full circle this is the one for you!
Space Habit Tracker

“The universe is under no obligation to make sense to you” – Neil deGrasse Tyson
Although I’ve been trying my hardest on Netflix and watching every documentary, it still doesn’t ?
If you’ve been following me for a while then you know I love a good space theme, and this one is out of this WORLD!
In this habit tracker, you have four amazing drawings: An astronaut, a spaceship taking off, a UFO, and a planet. Each representing a different habit including steps, hydration, exercise, and bedtime
When something is completed, she writes down the date it happened throughout the different stunning pieces of art within the habit tracker
I love that the bottom is colored blue with blinking sparkly stars, and the only other thing colored is the fire blowing from the spaceship taking off… I’m sure it’s going to look amazing at the end of the month!

Green Habit Tracking Spread
Photo credit: Journal Liz on Instagram
Something I’ve been working very hard on in my daily life and in my everyday habits is to be so focused on watering my own “grass” that I don’t even notice if yours is “greener”
I’m competitive, and when somebody has privileges I don’t have or is doing better than me I can get really down on myself
This green themed tracker is not only gorgeous to look at but reminds me of that mission every time I flip it open. She keeps track of MANY different habits, over fifteen in fact
But don’t worry, it’s set up in an effective way where she only needs a tiny dot to mark if shes completed the habit or not.
Water your OWN grass with this springy tracker!
Koi Fish Theme

This theme is soFISHticated!
Okay, maybe I COD do better with this pun right there, but sometimes thinking of them on the fly gets a little SCALEY
This looks absolutely amazing. The top of the page has gorgeously lettered and cursive habit trackers header surrounded by bright orange fish and bubbles. Plus, the bottom has 9 different calendar style trackers including subcategories like skincare, Instagram, eat two meals, bujo, etc…
I like the box like calendar set up because you can see each habit and the documentation so incredibly clearly
If you’re looking to track your habits and keep some positive ones going, any FIN is possible with this one!
Washi Tape Habit Tracker
The pastel colors in this habit tracker are too gorgeously stunning to pass up!
If you’re looking for a bright, colorful, springy, and neatly set up habit tracker than this is the inspiration for you. There are 8 different habits tracked here and outlined with the pastel, and they are in a block style so you can customize how you would mark each one
It’s neat, easy to see, and pretty to look at
What more could you possibly want in a habit tracker this spring?
Black & White Habit Spread
Photo credit: Minimalistic Bullet Journal on Instagram
Simply minimal!
For me, as much as I love all of the fantastic art and colors of inspirationally decorated habit trackers, my greatest art comes out in my monthly spreads and I don’t really have time to decorate a habit tracker the way I want to
If you’re like me, you want something simple and effective, but still aesthetically pleasing. This is the perfect example of something like that!
It has a modern feel and the lettering is one of the prettiest I’ve seen with a mix of bold and cursive colored black writing. She has little circles to track the 9 different unique habits, and it would be interesting to see how she would end up filling them out
I LOVE how she’s keeping track of “no spend” and it’s a nice addition if you don’t want a complete budget tracking spread
Modernly awesome!
Sunflower Spread

Whenever people put braindumps on their trackers they always make it so big but I feel like my brain can’t “dump out” that many things!
I admire people who have so many thoughts to put down on paper because they are always so interesting and beneficial to look back on
This sunflower yellow themed spread SCREAMS summer and I am all about it. The sunflowers are stunning, it has a summer vibe that is very motivating for positive habits and life choices, and it’s neatly set up and circle themed with main headers for habits
Summer is coming in hot with this one!
Pixel Habit Tracker

Speaking of sunflower themed trackers, check out this one which is just as gorgeous with a unique twist!
She has incorporated a pinwheel mood tracker to her habit tracker, and I think the circle mood tracker is such an interesting idea!
The theme is yellow, but the mood tracker colors range from yellow to orange which adds a pop of color and a stunning twist
Plus, I love how the artwork is all on the right side of the page making it easy to look at the habits on the left
Flower power!
Bee Habit Tracker
Just bee yourself, and do your own sting!
Okay, this bee themed tracker is BEEautiful. The beige pages and brown coloring of the habit tracker is modern yet simple, and the beehive shaped mood tracker on the bottom is an awesome addition
This particular bullet journaler tracks things like water, no spending, junk food, and driving. These are all very unique, and I can tell she’s being conscious of her money
Show me the money with this saving habit tracker, HONEY!
Island Habit Tracker
An ocean breeze puts a mind at ease!
I’m such a lover of anything outside, and even a daily small walk can be therapeutic for me
This month, I’ve started keeping track of my walks in my tracker and I’ve started creating themes focused on the outside, adventure, and spreads just like this one for a tracker!
The plants on the bottom of the tracker are drawn green and gorgeous, and it gives off a “somewhere far away and quiet” look
Very calming, very relaxing, and very effective box themed tracker!
Brown Paper Spread
The categories on this habit tracker look stamped, not even drawn. That’s how perfect and delicately designed this habit tracker is!
This has a Brooklyn apartment feel with the drawing of the apartment building or house on the bottom, and the brown gives it an antique but endearing feel
It’s neat, it’s effective, and I’m loving it ?
What new habit are you trying to form, or break this year?
Butterfly Spread
Photo credit: Star Bujo on Instagram
Everyone loves butterflies, but I REALLY love them
Butterflies remind me of butterfly kisses, something my mom used to give me every night before bed ?
This theme is pretty in pink, perfectly printed, and even better, has an awesome sleep tracker to go with it. I love the bubble lettering, the bolded black words paired with the stunning pink colors, and the gorgeous addition of the butterfly
This is one of my favorites for sure!
