If you’re like me, sometimes you just need a quick and easy dessert to whip up for that party or cookout you forgot about… Trust me I’ve been there
These no-bake dessert recipes will make you look like a pro that doesn’t forget about anything lol!
Here are the ones I love:
No-Bake Eclair Cake
Source: The Country Cook
Remember, no matter what life throws at us, we can always bake a no bake
I found myself reminding myself of this one night not too very long ago
My son walked up to me at 7 pm, 7 PM.. you know. 45 minutes before it’s time for him to go to bed and for me to have an hour of peace and tranquility to myself (really just to clean until I’m exhausted) and said:
“Momma, I have to bring a dessert to school tomorrow I just remembered”
I don’t believe in physical punishment but I have to admit I was holding myself back from a full out brawl with this kid. This no-bake eclair cake came in CLUTCH, and I was so happy I remembered this recipe
With only 5 easy ingredients this serves a large group and takes only minutes to prepare. The kicker to this is that it needs to set overnight, but that worked out perfectly for this unfortunate situation
This tastes amazing, and I love the addition of the graham crackers to this no-bake perfection
I definitely recommend this when you’re in a pinch and still want to impress!
Monster Cookie No-Bake Bars
Source: Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts
I will never bake monster cookies ever again if they aren’t these no-bake monster cookies
These are incredible, and take absolutely no oven preparation. They take the classic monster cookie ingredients including M&M’s and the chocolate topping with a decadent and smushy no bake bar on the base
They’re so good that I put them in my “danger recipe” category of my cookbook
What I mean by this is I only make these when I know i’m feeding more than just my family of four. Call me the ultimate cookie monster but I will eat the entire batch of these and feel no remorse
Okay, i’ll feel a ton of remorse afterwards but in the moment I’m on cloud cookie ?
OREO Lovers No-Bake Cheesecake Bars
Source: Delightful-E-Made
It’s Friday, basically the Oreo of the weekdays! Fridays spent with my family is always a new memory made…
I also spend the night before or Friday making a dessert for the weekend (we are trying a no homemade dessert during the week for lent this year), and we go out to dinner all together
We have a local pub we love or an authentic Mexican restaurant. My little three year old loves wet burritos, crazy right?
Well, I made this no-bake cheesecake bar and holy YUM! If you’re an Oreo lover, you’re going to need to try this recipe ASAP
This has a thick Oreo crust, a cheesecake filling, and a layer of chocolate on top. One bite of these and you will be hooked!
Chocolate Oatmeal No-Bake Bars
Source: Tip Hero
My daughter is a huge fan of oats. Oatmeal, oatmeal cream pies, oat protein bars, etc
I’m not sure where she got this because her dad absolutely hates oats and I am not the biggest fan of them either
Well… Time OAT!
Because these no-bake chocolate oat bars are a great twist to an oat base and turn out amazing!
Plus, you can feel a little better about the good carbs being eaten and a lot less sugar. This recipe combines peanut butter, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, and cinnamon into a yummy little bar
I love the peanut butter taste, and you just pop these into the fridge after you’re done making them and they will be perfect for eating by morning
Easy, yummy, and a little on the healthier side.. I’m an oat fan now!
Four Ingredient Funfetti Cake Batter Dip
Source: The Chunky Chef
I didn’t know what I was thinking!
My older sister needed a baby shower, and me… the busiest of all 4 of my sisters with our 3 kids under 5 decided that I was going to go ahead and throw it for her
I love planning, but I didn’t realize how much more stressful it would because I haven’t thrown a party since our oldest was 3 and I was early into my pregnancy
These kids man… had to touch all the decorations, throw down anything I had put up, got into all of the food, etc
I realized early on…. I’m locking them in the sunroom to play. Before you call CPS on me we have a gorgeous kid-friendly sunroom that I can completely see into with all of the toys they could ever want ?
This four-ingredient funfetti cake batter dip came in CLUTCH. The ingredients, including only cool whip, milk, cream cheese, and funfetti mix were things I already had on hand, had no oven preparation, and turned out absolutely adorable for her baby girl theme
I added sprinkles, threw it into the fridge the night before, and something so easy became Pinterest worthy in less than an hour
Plus, it tasted SO good! We used Graham Crackers for dipping and I got so many compliments. You’ll definitely want to try this on out!
No-Bake Cookie Dough Bars
Source: A Mom’s Take
Why put cookie dough in the oven when you can put it in your mouth?
I used to be one of those people who thought cookie dough couldn’t make me sick
Well, when I was 23 years old it did and it was absolutely terrible. I was throwing up for two days and almost went to the hospital. I didn’t even have THAT much raw cookie dough either
Ever since then, I’ve mastered creating friendly cookie dough that tastes just as good because let’s all admit it, cookie dough is always better than the cookie itself
These no-bake cookie dough bars are AMAZING. They are easy to make with no oven preparation, taste amazing, and look just as pretty with the frosting and sprinkles on top
I give these a 10/10!
Snickers Cheesecake Cream Pie
Source: Together As Family
My husband’s favorite candy is a snickers bar!
I love the commercial that the brand recently came out with that says
“You’re not you when you’re hungry, have a snickers”
I keep a snickers on hand to make fun of him and heighten his anger when he’s cranky. He always eats it too!
This no bake snickers cheesecake cream pie combines so many amazing ingredients. It’s no surprise that this recipe would be a total winner
This is a cheesecake with a cream pie texture, and the snickers make for a perfect addition because it gives it such a good crunch, but you could honestly use any candy you wanted and this would be delicious
When you’re not being you, grab a snickers (and a couple other items) and make this!
No-Bake Peanut Butter Icebox Cake
Source: Crazy For Crust
If somebody ever tells you that you eat too much peanut butter, stop talking to them. You don’t need that kind of negativity in your life ?
This peanut butter icebox cake gets its name because not only is it the ultimate peanut butter dessert, but it’s described as more of a layered cookie that people associate with an icebox cake
There are two layers of pudding with a whipped topping and then it’s covered with Reese’s pieces on top. I mean… Need I say more? The best part about it?
The fact that it’s a no-bake with no oven preparation of course! There are only 6 ingredients needed and it’s extremely simple
Show somebody you love them to (Reeses) Pieces with this icebox cake!
Easy No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
Source: Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom
I’ll be honest, I’m not the biggest Pumpkin Pie fan and I have learned over the years that many people are in the same boat as me
My kids will often skip it and go for other desserts during the holidays and we always have some leftover
There have been times we even have to throw it out! Trust me, when Thanksgiving comes around and it’s on the table I’ll eat it, but last year I found the most delectable alternative and pumpkin dessert at Thanksgiving will NEVER be the same
There are never any leftovers of this no-bake pumpkin cheesecake. As far as desserts go, this recipe is also pretty healthy
It’s made with pumpkin puree, cream cheese, real cram, and a few spices. And voila!
Your perfect no bake pumpkin cheesecake. I love how fluffy and pumpkiny this is, but you also get the creamy flavor too. And you absolutely need to add cool whip on top
I guarantee making this will spice up your holidays the right way!
No-Bake Crunchy PB Bars
Source: Two Peas And Their Pod
You won’t even be able to hear the TV with these crunchy no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars!
Does anybody else buy the crunchy peanut butter at the store?
I never knew what I was missing… it’s SO much better than the original! If you don’t already know this about me I am such a trader joe’s addict and they sell the best crunchy peanut butter in the world (trust me, I’m a peanut butter expert) ?
These bars remind me of a mixture between that with the addition to some chocolate and wow, they are so good!
These only take 5 ingredients, only need to chill in the fridge for a few hours and make a large batch to feed plenty
If you want your kids to get their little butts off the couch in front of the TV make these, they won’t be able to hear the show anyway
No-Bake Muddy Buddy Crack Cookies
Source: Back for Seconds
Storytime: My mother LOVES muddy buddy’s… Like I’m talking to the point where we always had them premade in our home. She called them “her popcorn”
Fast forward about 7 years and it’s movie day in my 2nd-grade class. My teacher starts handing out popcorn to the students and I politely asked her if I could have the other kind of popcorn, the brown kind
My teacher actually had some caramel corn on hand and attempted to give me a handful of that
I accepted, but I was very confused. I came home that day and well, that’s when I found out this was not popcorn at all. I was embarrassed!
Moms popcorn is now a thing in this home, but my kids know the real name. Trying to save them the PTSD…
These muddy buddy crack cookies get their name for a reason. They are SO addicting! It’s hard not to make these all the time
I love the original muddy buddy’s, but these are great when you want a softer muddy buddy. I absolutely love these!
No-Bake Cake Batter Truffles
Source: Sweet & Savory Meals
You really thought I was going to give you the 23 best no-bake desserts and not include TRUFFLES?
These no-bake cake batter truffles are delicious, and they look so cute too!
These would be great for a baby shower, wedding shower, or a fun treat to give your kids to brighten their day. They are so aesthetically pleasing!
We made these for Casey’s 4 year unicorn themed birthday party, and I won’t lie to you… we made them the next day too!
Those darn kids ate all of them at the party and I only had two, realizing I needed a lot more than that. My husband liked them best and it was so cute watching him eat little white truffles covered in sprinkles
This is a must make!
Vanilla No-Bake Cookies
Source: Kelly Lynns Sweets & Treats
I’m not sure how I never thought of this before being the little dessert maker I am, but these vanilla no-bake cookies are awesome!
They are everything the classic chocolate no bake cookies are, only with a vanilla flavor instead
Apparently… There are people… Humans… who don’t like chocolate?
I am not familiar with this unique breed of people but this is a great dessert for them. Sometimes I find myself in the mood for vanilla and this is the perfect easy no-bake preparation needed type of treat
After making these you won’t understand why people say “you’re so vanilla” like it’s a bad thing. So yummy!
Cookie Dough Fudge
Source: Cooking With Karli
I can’t even handle this cookie dough fudge
Literally, I don’t even allow myself to make it anymore. I’ve been getting my exhausted butt up every morning before my kids wake up for school and working out, and I know this entire batch would be in my mouth
That’s how good it is! This recipe combines the savory taste of fudge with everyone’s all-time favorite cookie dough flavor
In my opinion, it’s better than eating the real raw thing (plus you can eat it and not get sick)
This will be a hit at any event, I can guarantee it!
Healthy No-Bake Unicorn Cookies
Source: The Big Man’s World
My best friends son has had quite the go around with his allergies
At just three years old, they found out who is allergic to all meat other than chicken, gluten, and nuts
Their journey was one that shook my whole heart and watching her work to find alternatives for him at their house, every school event, family get together, etc… has been such a sad struggle
Since witnessing this stress first hand, I have devoted myself to always find as much of a food safe item that I can on each post listed. Not only that, but I bake them first hand to make sure I’m not giving a garbage recipe
These paleo, vegan, gluten-free, unicorn cookies are absolutely amazing!
Aside from the physical turn out in unicorn colors, these cookies are also magical because you definitely cannot tell that they are all of these things, they are THAT good!
My kids are the real judges when it comes to these items and they told me they wanted me to make them again sometime. If you’re battling an allergy in your home or are just working to devote a healthier lifestyle this dessert is for you!
4 Ingredient No-Bake PB
Source: The Big Man’s World
Now, I don’t follow the keto lifestyle… but I mean it when I say that these are 100% better than a regular Reese’s
And yes, you are hearing this from the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Queen herself
My best friend and her husband have been following the keto lifestyle for just over a year and a half now and their house is where I first got a taste of these. We had drank quite a bit that night, and I was telling her they were “literally the best thing I’ve ever had”
I had to test this out in the morning because everybody knows food always tastes better tipsy and WOW!
They really are “literally the best thing ever”
Plus, they are so easy to make; a soft fudgy cookie dough center, covered in a chocolate of your choice. Reese’s lovers unite with these!
Avalanche Cookies
Source: Just So Tasty
These will feel like a full on natural disaster just occurred in your taste buds!
Maybe by explaining how these 4 ingredient AVALANCHE cookies are made will give you a good indication of just how badly you need to try them out at your house
First, you melt white chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave until you have a creamy and gooey texture of goodness
Then, (if you don’t eat that with a spoon) you stir it into cereal and mini marshmallows. There will be mini marshmallows in every bite of these
Pop them onto a cookie sheet, put them in the fridge for a couple of hours, and there you have it!
This is more than just an extremely simple recipe. It’s so good. The white chocolate and peanut butter form such a unique and tasty flavor. I love it!
White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna
Source: OMG Chocolate Desserts
I love this recipe berry much!
This white chocolate blueberry lasagna reminds me of a yummy cheesecake because of the cream cheese, cool whip, and blueberry layers
This gooey recipe would be perfect in the summer when the blueberries are in season and would be great to cool off to when it’s hot
I can imagine my kids coming inside for dinner after a day of playing in the sun or in the pool and loving this cold dessert. I love the crushed golden oreo cookie base, and I LOVE the no oven preparation
This is a winner!
Caramel Crunch Bars
Source: Tastes Better From Scratch
In my opinion, caramel really sets the mood for fall
You have caramel coffee, caramel apple suckers, apples dipped in caramel and nuts, snickers bars, etc.
When you’re getting your scarves, jackets, and boots out, get cozy with these caramel crunch bar no-bake treats!
Starting with a cracker base you then top it with a gooey caramel layer, and then you melt together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. All it takes after that is refrigeration and voila!
I love how few ingredients this takes, and I’m always a fan of whipping up a big batch of bars. It’s great for school events, an after dinner treat, or for the lunchboxes
Keep calm, eat caramel
No-Bake Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Bites
Source: Wild Wild Whisk
If you’re reading this and you love Oreos and cheesecake… stop what you’re doing, go into your kitchen, obtain the ingredients, and make this IMMEDIATELY!
These no-bake cookies and cream cheesecake bites have an oreo base, and layers upon layers of chocolate, cream cheese, and cool whip
My kids told me that this was hands down the best no-bake dessert that I have ever made, and as you can tell…
I make quite a bit of them. This recipe would be great for any event, is relatively easy to make, and of course, takes no oven preparation
I try not to make this too often because I eat so many bites, and my summer body in preparation is not happy with me afterward. Absolutely delicious!
Peppermint Marshmallow No-Bake Dessert
Source: Two Sisters Crafting
In my Mitchell’s second grade classroom this year, the kids were allowed to send peppermint candy grams to other kids at Christmas time
Now don’t me wrong, it’s a cute idea. But there were several things I really didn’t like about this…
These were SEVEN DOLLARS EACH! Mitch came home with like 11 friends he wanted to send the gram too and I made him choose three which, still… three candy canes for 21 dollars?
Long story short I also went full-on mommy mode and freaked out thinking he wasn’t going to get any. I was legitimately losing sleep
So I went to his school and paid for him to have one too just in case. I hate the idea of him, or really any of the kids being excluded
The good news is, this peppermint marshmallow no-bake dessert makes a huge batch and can include everybody!
This is the perfect treat to bring to a Christmas gathering or school event, and it turns out decorated so cute with the cool whip and the green and red sprinkles
If you’re a fan of peppermint ice cream and candy then you are mint to make this!
Fruity Pebbles No-Bake Bars
Source: Rachel Cooks
These fruity pebbles no-bake bars will rock your mouth! I grew on up on the Flintstones
I was right at the cusp of when they were being canceled from TV and I am the youngest of four so we made them all into DVD’S. These DVDs are now enjoyed by my kids!
When I was volunteering in my sons class and one of the little boys was eating fruity pebbles
I said, “You like the Flintstones too?”
He looked at me with questions and said: “Who is that?”
While still in shock, I realized most kids eat the cereal without the backstory nowadays ?
The good news is, they still do eat them and they are a favorite. These fruity pebble no-bake bars are a yummy twist on the classic rice krispie treat
They are marshmallows, gooey, and full of fruity pebbles! This is a great recipe for a school event or party
There is absolutely nothing not to love about these
Rainbow Unicorn Dessert Lasagna
Source: Living Locurto
Two things we know all of our kids absolutely love: Unicorns…. And poop!
On yesterday’s episode of my daughter is losing her mind we had a great experience with poop
She has been using the potty, which is great. Of course, she always has to show everybody what she’s done and it was my husbands turn to go in there
I was upstairs and apparently, they got into an all-out brawl because she wanted me to see her poop and he wouldn’t let her
When I tell you this little girl cried all night… I mean she would stop and then say “Mommy it really made me sad when you wouldn’t see my poop” and start tearing up again! Parenthood is wild
This unicorn poop rainbow dessert lasagna is not only the best tasting unicorn recipe I have found, but it’s also one of the prettiest!
This is fluffy, light, and has four layers of cheesecake, pudding, and whipped topping. It’s SO GOOD!
Plus, you can tell yitskids it’s unicorn poop and they will be absolutely in love with this cake. Definitely a must make ?
Classic BONUS: Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies
Source: Wine & Glue
Do you know what really bothers me?
And not because I don’t absolutely love parties because I mean, come on, do you know me?
They are my favorite thing in the world. I should have been a party planner and I know this, but luckily I throw parties for my kids like at least weekly. But I hate HOLIDAY PARTIES!
I’m already doing so much. Preparing for a real holiday party at my own house, trying to buy gifts, trying to wrap presents, getting snowed in, it’s just such a hectic time
I think I married the grinch too because this man is the happiest person in the world 9/10 times but the month of December is that 1. He’s just… stressed. Which makes me stressed
Which then makes everyone stressed
These chocolate peanut butter cookies have been my kryptonite! They literally take 10 minutes to make and just need the night to cool
Plus, they take few ingredients and most I always have on hand
Long story short, or maybe long? I’ve been making these chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies for my son 3 consecutive years in a row and they never come home so obviously they are quite the hit!
